Refunds & Exchanges
- Online goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, on production of a valid receipt.
- In store goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund, on production of a valid receipt.
- All goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase to exchange goods, on production of a valid receipt .
- The above applies to all purchases with the exception of easels, pigments, spray cans, bespoke canvases, all papers, pads, frames, portfolios, portfolio sleeves and any sale items.
- All goods must be returned to Atlantis in the condition they were purchased.
Shipping
We aim to get orders out within 1 - 5 working days. In most cases, if an order is placed before 2pm on a weekday, we dispatch it that same day, or the next day. Saturday deliveries are only available at special request. If an item is out of stock a member of staff will get in contact with you to inform you of an estimated date of delivery, arrange a substitute product or offer a refund.
- In London (Compass postcodes beginning with N, S, E or W), free delivery for orders over £100. For orders under £100 the charge is £6.50 (Unless the order fits into a large letter, in which case it is sent with Royal Mail with a maximum cost of £2.98)
- Postage for UK Mainland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland is dependent on the weight of your order;
- Large Letter/Small Parcel under 10kg sent with Royal Mail £2.25 - £5.05
- 1kg-10kg sent with FedEx £6.50 (additional cost per kilo over 10kg is £0.26 per kilo.)
- All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for.
- We deliver Worldwide, however customers outside of the UK should contact us for a manual delivery quote.
- Once an order has been received it is up to the customer to let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue with the order. If an item is missing you must let us know immediately, we will not replace items if not reported within 2 weeks of the order being received.
Discounts
- A Bulk discount of 10% is available to all orders over £300 (refunded on complete purchase)
- A Student discount of 10% is available to full time students with a valid NUS card or photo ID University card. Student Oyster cards are not accepted.
- Discount Exceptions - Books, Magazines, Mabef M03 & M04 Easels, sale items or any product purchased at bulk quantity rates, i.e. paper, canvas, etc.
- Only one discount can apply per purchase.
Age Restricted Goods
- You must be over 16 to buy knives & spray paint.
- You must be over 18 to buy intoxicating solvents such as solvent based glues, aerosols, correction fluids, marker pens and thinners.
- By completing the checkout, you are confirming that you are of the required age.
General
- Please note our Mail Order and Website department is open Monday - Friday and closed on the weekend.
- Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct. We have done our best to represent the colours as true as possible. Please be aware that due to differences in users' monitors, the colours presented will be an approximation of the true colour.
- Prices are correct at the time of going to press and include VAT at the current rate of 20% (where applicable).
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice given.
- All orders must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched or collected in the shop unless other arrangements have been made.
- There is no live stock system on our website so all items are available for purchase even if they are not in stock. On the occasion that an item is out of stock, a member of our team will get in contact with you to give you an estimated time of delivery, arrange a substitute product, or offer a refund.
- All items are subject to availability and all dimensions are approximate.
