These paints are opaque and can be used on a variety of surfaces including wood, plaster, paper, cardboard, pre-painted surfaces, canvas and many more. Each tube contains 100ml of Phosphorescent paint that can cover up to 0.25 metres when applied in a thickness of 1.5mm.
The more of an amount you apply the greater the fluorescent effect will be. In order for these Pebeo Acrylic Paints to glow in the dark they need need to capture sunlight in order to glow at night. The paint will be dry to the touch in approximately four hours an completely dry in 24 hours.
