DELIVERY

We aim to get orders delivered within 1-3 working days, however the majority of orders arrive within 24-48 hours (except for bespoke canvases) If your order is urgent please let us know in the order comments and we will expedite it.

If an item is out of stock, a member of staff will get in contact with you to inform you of an estimated date of delivery, arrange a substitute product or offer a refund.

• In UK Mainland, all orders over £100 have free shipping, with the exception of certain postcodes in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, where shipping is calculated at checkout.
  
• For orders less than £100, shipping is dependent on the weight of your order;

            -  Large Letter/Small Parcel up to 1kg sent with Royal Mail                             £3.52 - £5.05

            - 1kg-20kg sent with DPD/FedEx £6.50 (additional cost per                          kilo over 20kg is £0.26 per kilo.)

All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for.

We deliver Worldwide, however customers outside of the UK should contact us for a manual delivery quote.

RETURNS

• Online goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
• In store goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund, on production of a valid receipt.
• In store goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase to exchange goods, on production of a valid receipt .
• The above applies to all purchases with the exception of easels, pigments, spray cans, bespoke canvases, all papers, boards, pads, frames, portfolios, portfolio sleeves and any sale items.
• All goods must be returned to Atlantis in the condition they were purchased.
  
• Once an order has been received it is up to the customer to let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue with the order. If an item is missing you must let us know immediately, we will not replace items if not reported within 2 weeks of the order being received.
