Trade Descriptions Act - Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and include VAT at the current rate (where applicable). We reserve the right to change them.

All orders must be paid for in full before they can be dispatched or collected in the shop unless other arrangements have been made.

Discounts - Minimum purchase for discounts is £10.00.

Student discount - Available at 10% to all full time students holding current student card.

Educational discount - Available at 10% to all schools, colleges and educational institutions. Please note an official purchase order is required signed by authorised party. On purchases over £300 a 10% discount applies. M03 & M04 Easels - No discount applies.

Only one discount can apply per purchase.

Discounts - Exceptions - Books, Special promotions, magazines or any product purchased at bulk quantity rates, i.e. Paper, canvas, etc and other discounted products.

General - All items are subject to availability and all dimensions are approximate.

Postage and Packaging - Free delivery within London for orders over £100. For orders under £100 the charge is £7.50.

Postage for UK mainland, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland is dependent on the weight of your order.

Pricing Guide: Up to 2.5Kg, sent with Royal Mail £1.00 - £8.00 (Please note that the maximum dimensions to be sent by Royal Mail are 61 x 46 x 46cm). Orders weighing 2.5-20Kg, sent with carrier: £10.95 (24 hour service). Note: Additional cost per kilo over 20kg: £0.68 per kilo.

Paper Orders: There is a minimum order total of £20.00 due to packing requirements.

Allow at least 28 days for delivery.

All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for. European and International orders will be quoted for individually.
