Marseilles Soap flakes from Olive Oil are used for the cleaning of brushes, palettes and as a hand cleaner. The flaked Marseilles soap can be dissolved into hot water to make a gel for soaking brushes. It will suck paint from the ferrule of your brushes and need only be rinsed thoroughly before leaving to dry. Marseilles soap cleans exceptionally well and replenishes hairs with oils to keep them flexible for a longer life. The olive oil based soap flakes also make an excellent hand wash after contact with solvents, helping to moisturise your skin.
